Why We Exist

The founders recognized many years ago that there is a gap in consulting and staffing services.  Thousands of staffing firms, with little understanding of the skills and experience needed to fill leadership roles, overload their clients with resumes that do not come close to meeting client needs.  The alternatives such as global consulting firms with costly layers of bureaucracy achieve superior results – but at a very high cost.

The founders were determined to build a new type of IT consulting company where knowledgeable IT professionals are positioned to match top resources with client job requirements thus providing clients with superior talent at a lower cost and far lower risk.
